What is CoIX?

CoIX (pronounced coy) is a private shoe label designing footwear exclusively for sizes UK 9-12 | US 11-14 | EU 43-46. 

Do you sell wide width shoes?

No, not just yet. All of our shoes are standard width (D). Please refer to the Size Guide to see if we have the right size for you. If you would like further help with sizing please email us at info@coixshoes.com.

ORDERS

Which payment methods and currencies do you accept?

All orders are charged in British pounds (£GBP). We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

You can cancel an order or update your shipping address before it is shipped out. Please email us at info@coixshoes.com to amend your order. 

SHIPPING

What countries does CoIX ship to?

We are currently only shipping to the UK, US and Canada. EU shipments are suspended until further notice.  

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?

All duties, fees, and taxes applicable to your region within the US and UK are included. Please note that you may be responsible for duties, fees, and taxes applicable within other countries (including EU, Canada, etc).

How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?

All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of placing the order (excluding weekends and public holidays). Upon dispatch, delivery will take:

  • UK: 3-5 business days
  • US & Canada: 4-7 business days 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy?

Yes, you can. We want you to be happy with your CoIX shoes. In case they don’t fit or you want to return them for any reason, you can do so within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will refund the full amount of your order, apart from the shipping costs incurred.

Please note that we do not offer a return shipping label, thus you are liable for any return shipping fees. 

Can I exchange my order for a different size?

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item and place a new order for the desired item.

What if my goods are faulty?

If any of your goods are faulty you have 14 days to return the goods to us. Pending its evaluation by our Returns department, we will make arrangements to either ship you a replacement item at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund as per your original method of payment.
