If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please note that we do not offer a return shipping label, thus you are liable for associated return shipping fees.

Orders paid for through PayPal can take advantage of their 'Return Shipping on US' Scheme, giving up to $30/€30/£15 refund for up to 12 returns/year. Please note: You must explicitly activate the refunded returns service on your PayPal account before you purchase to qualify.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all CoIX packaging included. Shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Please allow 1 week from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.


We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item(s) and place a new order.
